CCCW Governing Board Member Receives Award

CCCW Governing Board Member Janis Ribbens is the 2008 recipient of the Leonard Gasner award. The Leonard Gasner award is a scholarship for continuing education or training and is usually awarded to consumers or volunteers who assist in providing human services. The award is intended to help the recipient increase his or her capacity to work for the people we serve or to enhance their own move towards independence. Congratulations, Janis Ribbens!

CCCW Hires a Chief Financial Officer

Lucy Runnells has been offered, and has accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with CCCW effective May 12, 2008. This acceptance followed an application and interview process concluding with the position offer. Lucy's successful and lengthy experience in the management of the Family Care Program, long term care, and human services field puts CCCW in an enviable position to move forward in the expansion of Family Care in Central WI. She holds a bachelors degree in education and managerial accounting from UW St Point, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from UW Oshkosh.
