Graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point - Bachelor of Science Degree. Served in the United States Army - Europe - Military Intelligence - Counter Intelligence Corps. Employed by the University of Wisconsin - Marshfield/Wood County for 32 years as Assistant Dean for Administrative Services. Received the Arthur M. Kaplan Fellow Award from Vice Chancellor and Provost Emeritus, University of Wisconsin Colleges. Received Emeritus Status for distinguished service to the University of Wisconsin Colleges by Chancellor David Wilson. Currently serving as a Wood County Board Supervisor and Council President of the City of Marshfield, Wisconsin. |

Dr. Kenneth L. Day Ph.D. has been a Marathon County Board Supervisor since 2000. Dr. Day is currently employed as Strategic Initiatives Director for the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He served as the Senior VP of Business Development for the Aspirus Healthcare system for 19 years, and served on the Board of Directors of the North Central Technical College for 12 years. Dr. Day, representing Marathon County, was a founding member and co-chair of the Central Wisconsin ADRC Board of Directors. He has been active as a volunteer in numerous community organizations such as United Way of Marathon County, Board of Directors of North Central Health Care.

Keith Langenhahn is currently the County Board Chair for Marathon County and has served the board since 1988. He has served as chair for the Township of Marathon since 1979 and is the current chair for the National Association of Counties Agriculture/Rural Affairs Committee. Mr. Langenhahn is a graduate of North Central College with a degree in Agriculture and his dairy and ginseng farm has been in the family name for over 135 years. Mr. Langenhahn has a life long interest in public service. |

Janis Ribbens has been active in the long term care redesign since its beginning and was appointed by the Portage County Board of Supervisors as a member representative to the CCPC Governing Committee in 2000 and the CCCW Implementation Board in 2007. She and her husband are physically disabled and have been members of Family Care, CCPC, since its inception in April of 2000. Ms. Ribbens has served on the Quality Committee, the Self-Directed Supports workgroup, and the Grievance Committee of CCPC and has participated in many forums, workgroups, and presentations. She attended UW Whitewater and UW Stevens Point. |

James E. Clark chaired on the Community Care of Portage County Committee since 2005. He has served on the Portage County Board since April 1982, on the Health and Human Services Committee for twelve years and is a trustee on the CAP Board. Mr. Clark earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Michigan. He is proud to be involved in the creation of CCCW. |

Donna Rozar, RN, MSN has earned degrees from the Virginia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, Lynchburg; University of TN-Knoxville, and Viterbo University, LaCrosse. She is currently on the academic faculty at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Marshfield Site and is employed by Marian University, Fond Du Lac as a clinical instructor. She works casual as a cardiac medical /surgical staff nurse, St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. A Wood County Board supervisor since 2000, Ms. Rozar is currently chair of the Health and Human Services Committee. She will be president of the National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) in 2010. Ms. Rozar was appointed to the CCCW Board in September 2008. |

Peter DeSantis retired as CEO from North Central Health Care and is currently a consultant to a variety of government, educational and community organizations. He has presided over many boards and councils including National Rehabilitation Counselors Association, Wisconsin Association of Human Services, and Governors Council on Mental Health. Mr. DeSantis received his Masters of Arts from Michigan State University in Rehabilitation and Psychology. Mr. DeSantis, who has a physical disability, represents CCCW membership. |

Lonnie Krogwold serves on the Portage County Board and the Portage County Health and Human Services Board. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Northland College in business and economic he started a potato farming business that is still successful today. Mr. Krogwold is a member of the Tomorrow River Lions, the Portage County Fair Association and serves on numerous state boards. He has personal experience with the need for elder care in our community. |
